Anchor Talent was founded in April 2021 to bring recruiting back to what is should be: people-first, results driven and grounded in trust and transparency. 

After decades working in high-volume staffing and corporate agency environments, we saw how recruitment had become overly focused on metrics, quotas, calls logged, KPIs, all while losing sight of impact. Candidates became numbers. Clients became transactions. 

Kelly and Alison launched Anchor Talent & Consulting to cut through the noise. Our focus is 100% transparency, no games or inflated pipelines, just straightforward and honest recruiting for both candidates and clients!

We don't follow templates and we don't believe critical hires should be approached with a one-size-fits-all playbook. At Anchor Talent, every search is custom built to meet the unique demands and challenges of your business, your team and the role itself.
